Progressive Aerodyne, Inc (P.A.) is a small company that designs and manufactures light sport amphibian aircraft. It is expanding to a new phase to include a certified, factory–built SeaRey in addition to its popular kit production aircraft.

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate will hold an Engineering Degree and have a minimum of 10 years experience in mass production in a machining/assembly environment. The person will possess strong managerial capability in a setting of 20 to 50 employees. The ideal applicant has the ability to work in a small and diverse manufacturing environment and is flexible to wear many hats. Start-up experience is preferable.Candidates must have knowledge of a quality management system and strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent planning and time management skills are essential.

- Acquiring equipments/tool/fixtures for manufacturing and assembly

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills and be outcome focused and possess the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Additionally, candidate must be highly self-motivated and be self-directed.
Strong computer skill is also a requirement.
