SeaRey Training

Progressive Aerodyne offers dual “check out on type” training out of the Orlando North airport in our factory trainer.   We recommend this course prior to operation or first flight of your new SeaRey.

The all inclusive package includes aircraft, fuel, 7 hours of dual flight, 2 hours of ground instruction and all training materials.    The course includes tail dragger land operations on various surfaces and wind conditions.   Water operations include water takeoff, water landing, step taxi, beaching, beach egress, water egress on wheels and various docking operations.   The training syllabus also includes first flight considerations for flight testing of your newly built SeaRey.
