Announcing Position Deposits for the SeaRey LSX

The SeaRey LSX is a 51% experimental amateur built kit but with engineering equivalent to the high standards required by the LSA rule.   The design and testing of the SeaRey LSX is nearing completion as final engineering and flight testing is currently underway.  Progressive Aerodyne Inc advises that customer position-holding deposits for the LSX will be held in escrow. Customers may request reimbursement and PA will refund a customer’s deposit anytime before PA announces completed engineering and final LSA certification.  PA stands by its long and valued reputation for supply of quality SeaRey kits and customer service and if for any reason whatsoever a customer requests their deposit refunded prior to certification, PA will make such refund unconditionally.  If for any reason Progressive Aerodyne is not satisfied that it can deliver on its promise of providing you an experimental SeaRey kit, with engineering and design equivalent to the LSA rule then PA may at its sole discretion, refund your deposit in full which will bring the transaction to an end and there shall be no further recourse by either party against the other.
